Surrender My Love was a suspenseful thriller filled with twists and turns all trying to answer whodunit?
Chloe is a brilliant nurse just trying to make ends meet. Caring for her patients by night and her ailing mother by day she is exhausted, but still selflessly puts the needs of others ahead of her own. Brad is a prestigious cardiac surgeon. He is well known for his skills in and out of the operating room.
Chloe and Brad are brought together when a series of weird and unexplainable deaths begin happening in the hospital leaving them both devastated and confused. When the pieces don't add up, Chloe and Brad set out on a search for answers. However, stirring up a bees nest is bound to get you stung and Brad quickly realized he must do everything in his power to protect Chloe from the onslaught of accusations.
I was surprised by this novel. I wasn't sure what to expect when I began reading it, but I really liked it. I mean what is not to like about a sexy doctor, right? Typically thriller type novels are not my thing, but Surrender My Love had the right amount of suspense, lust and love to draw me. I look forward to reading the other novels in the series.
