Review: Far Too Tempring was absolutely brilliant. I feel in love with Jane and Matthew immediately. I have read several novels about Hollywood and the music scene, but this is the first novel that really brought me behind the scenes into the creative process, or in Jane's case lack thereof. The author brought each character to life with an amazing realness. I felt like I was sitting in the dimly light studio right next to Jane.
Jane Black has just won a Grammy for album of the year. Life should be great, right? Not so much. Winning the prestigious award adds a layer of pressure the indie artist has never experienced. Everyone is waiting for her next album. An album she has yet to being to write.
